| This paper states the researching and developing process of National Olympic in Informatics on-line evaluation system.The system is an evaluation system on basis of the website form, and also a network platform with the functions of integrated database, testing, discussion. It is also a work having the spirit of"innovation, exploration and integration", it combines all kinds of excellent functions of ACM Online Judge and Informatics competition evaluation procedure, and extracting the essence in order to make it become the on-line evaluation system which takes the students, teachers, teams and schools as a main body on basis of the Olympic in Informatics. This system is a dynamic homepage stand on basis of database information storage. The website uses the dynamic webpage language, and chooses C++ as language environment, which supported by MySQL, operates in the operating system of Linux and service management system of Apache. Which is a perfect platform based on user system assisted by team pattern.
