Because the high-power ultrasonic generator with super-magnetic expansion materials could be the most effective when challenged by the sinusoidal stimulation, the high-frequency high-power ultrasonic sinusoidal electric power supply becomes now the key to the issue. At home, the high-power sinusoidal electric power supplies are limited to the frequency below 400Hz and the high-frequency inverter limited to the square wave, which fails to meet the demands of the sinusoidal stimulation from the ultrasonic generator.In view of the high efficiency of the inverter switch, the great switching loss and the immense output power, this research begins with the topological structure and the working rationale for the purpose of analyzing and demonstrating the issues such as the hardware construction, the controlling scheme, the parameter selection and the software development on the basis of the SPWM inversion technology. Besides, the present study utilizes the HPWM control mode and ZVS resonant soft-switching technology, and adopts the MOSFET parallel mode to solve the tension between the high-frequency and the great output power. What is more, this research has also made use of the master chip of 80C196MC so as to generate SPWM wave with the high-quality LM5111 chip as the motivator. Evidenced by the experiments in question, the high-efficiency high-power sinusoidal electric power supply suggested- by this research is characterized by its excellent performance and good prospect for future application.
