The Design Of Network Communication Of Embedded Vibration Signal Acquisition System

It is necessary to monitor real-time state data of turbo generator set during it runs, especially the vibration data. In order that technicians can kown the state of the equiment and do some work to the equipment and that guarantee the set safety and stably run ,acquision vibration data in time and quickly transfer those data to remote monitoring station are most important signification. As the fast development of network and embedded system widely used in many fields, it is possible to transfer vibration signals of the turbine by embedded equipment and it is easy to implement vibration condition monitoring online and fault automatic diagnosis on turbo-generator.This paper used ARM9 hardware platform and embedded Linux operation system , connected the equipment to internet by Ethernet, solved romote transfer and deal of vibration data of on turbo-generator.The themsis has theory signification and engineering application value. The followed are the mostly research works and results of the thesis:(1) The collectivity scheme of embedded system vibration signal acquision network communication is put forward by used ARM9 hardware platform and embedded Linux operation system.It is accomplished about the research works of the vibration data remote acquision ,dealling and transfer.(2) the bootloader technology of embedded system are studied ,the program about board,CPU, startup program and the drive program code of the network interface is analyzed particular.we implement the kernel customization and accomplish the system program design based application.(3) It is accomplished about the communication program of Client/Server mode based socket technology of Linux operation system. The remote transfer of large capacity datas is solved.Embedded system based vibration signal acquisition and processing equipment can transfer vibration signal data fastly to remote station. it will bring great benefit to those power plants.
