The Reseach Of Locomotive Signal Recorder

As the acceleration strategy is being put into practice in the national railroad ministry, train velocity becomes higher and higher. Meanwhile the locomotive signal becomes more and more important. Locomotive signal recorder checks and records railroad circuit and locomotive signal system, and it can also make judge of their working state. In this way, the mobile equipment can check fixture and mobile system itself.In this dissertation, we first overview the development of locomotive recorder, analysis the data that should be gathered and recorded, then we propose that the primary function of locomotive signal recorder is to record the relevant dynamic information and implement it within USB disk. Based on these work, we discuss the framework of locomotive recorder design, it involves host system and data record system.In the second place, we discuss the circuit design and implementation of host system and data record system. According to the data gathering requirement of host system and the properties of the central processing chip TMS320F2812, we design the rational modulating circuit for the bi-coil signals, RS-485 bus interface circuit, CAN bus interface circuit, clock circuit and switch conversation circuit. Based on the USB bus interface chip CH375, we design the locomotive signals data recording system, and detail the design of communication interface of CH375 and TMS320F2812.For the third, we discuss the software design of locomotive recorder. We descript the framework of data storing scheme of locomotive signal recorder. According to the function of recorder host system, we design the software system modularly with detail analysis. In this dissertation, we use CH375 to read and write USB disk by the controlling of TMS320F2812.Lastly, we explain the debugging process of locomotive signal recorder. The result shows it can gather and record the relevant dynamic information during the running of locomotive properly.
