Intelligent decision military is the cross disciplines which is the combination of operational research and artificial intelligence for military, scientific decision-making, decision support technology. And it is one very important aspect of the military command automation system that do all-dimensional integration and the joint operations.At present, traditional combat command of air defense troops is behind more. Research air defense command and decision-making technology, raise the level of air defense command as part of an urgent need to address an important topic, intelligent technology is the goal of threat assessment, which is one of the core technology research . Threat assessment outstanding model program will provide air defense command was enacted optimization of operational and security of a reliable basis for decision-making in the program.On the base of analysis, and reference on the basis of research results, with a focus on the technical features of the threat assessment of the degree, build air-raid weapons threat assessment model to study the related principles and the expansion of methods. Finally, the preliminary design of a prototype expert system of threat assessment on decision support using the programming language C++ Builder, to analyze and test the reasonable and practical of the model through a number of examples. Threat assessment model adopts the way of multi-attribute decision making , quantification of the factors threatening use the membership function description, sort used approximation to the ideal degree of the threat to the sequence of targets.Textual research works have definite theory significance for the application of intelligent decision support and expert system in aerial defense arms; improving the existing threat assessment model structure and building a system of evaluating with adaptability and expansibility have the great reference value; providing a viable way for the key technology research and development of decision support system of air defense command.
