Using the object-oriented and component conception and UML, the paper makes the problem to be resolved to many small parts, which are easy analyzed and dealt with.This paper clearly describes the design and analysis of web flux monitor system. It is realized by treating IIS web logs using c# language. The system distill the useful data and puts them to the sql database server. According to the users'statistic type, the web programme coding by asp.net analyses the web accessing situation, and then returns the results by a graph. The web flux monitor system decreases the users'waiting time by lazy evaluation technology.
