Higher adult education, as an indispensable part in the education system, is the important supplement of higher education in our country. With the strategy of revitalizing the nation through science and education, it bears the important task of improving the whole nation's quality. However, compared with ordinary higher education, higher adult education has sorts of particularities in terms of teaching and management, for example: a great enrollment scale, wide sources, various enrollment; Have more strong sociality; scatter of Teaching; student's different basic levels and qualities; complicated and complex learning ways and levels; student's conspicuous contradiction between work and study. All these fators greatly increase the work load of management. The implementation of the credit system enables the teaching management of higher adult education unprecedentedly complicated. So it is of vital importance to introduce advanced information technology and network technology into current complicated higher adult education management and realize the automation of management.At present, management information system developed for the higher adult education is fewer and green, because of the bad commonability, difficult transplant among the schools, single systematic function, insufficient essential management support, lack of flexibility, expansibility, flexibility and undesirable adaptability, so that it is hard to maintain the system and requires high costs to develop.According to the above characteristic, the text puts forward multi-level systematic structure basing on Struts frame of MVC Pattern. The structure also combines lasting layer of system that Hibernate constructs so as to improve systematic commonability, expandability, reusability, convenient maitenance. After implementing this scheme to the BS part of the Guangxi Technical College's Management Information System for Higher Adult Education system, the paper has achieved better unanticipated results.
