Nowadays crime activities are taking on intelligent, scientific, organizational and specialized tendency. In order to strike the crime activities under new circumstances, the crime investigators should carry out scientific crime investigation decisions. How to select and use the most optimal decision is important to solve the criminal cases.1) in order to meet the above needs, this thesis will put forward a crime investigation decisions modelling based on Bayesian network by implying intelligent technology into crime investigation. The modelling can automatically construct hypothetical crime scenarios from evidence and provide useful evidence collection strategies and imply into the crime investigation decision system eventually. The main task of the paper is as following: summarize the research background and context of the crime investigation decision system;2) put forward a decision method of scenario space based on Bayesian network The paper focuses on handling with the following three questions :a) how to compose the scenarios from the knowledge base into plausible scenario spaceb) how to create hypothesis reasoning by employing BMBD technologyc) how to determine which investigation to practise with the maximum entropy reduction technique3) provide a solution of the crime investigation aid system based on the above achievements.
