In this thesis, based on the theory of the principle infinite element method and fatigue analysis, the transformation technigue about CAD/CAE models of electronic device structures is studied.The emphasis first is put on the techniques in the transformation technique about CAD/CAE models. The basic theory and method about finite element modeling are generalized. Te design project of CAE modeling of electronic device structures is put forward. Te integrate interface of CAD/CAE model is developed. The demand and principle of CAD/CAE model of electronic device is generalized. And some material problems about the introduction of CAE model of electronic device discreteness are studied. Then some basic theory about fatigue analysis and finite element method about fatigue analysis is introduced. And fatigue analysis with analysis method is validated with practice cases. Last the transformation technigue about CAD/CAE models of electronic device structures is studied with the function of ANSYS for modal analysis and fatigue analysis.nalysis and finite element method about fatigue analysis.By the the transformation technigue and the modal analysis and fatigue analysis of electronic device structures with practice cases, the validity of the method of treatment and soft system is shown.
