Peer-to-Peer(P2P) is a network structure that user can communicate with each other directly without the presence of server. As the development of Internet and the increase of network terminals, the traditional Server/Client network structure gradually cannot satisfy the rising network's necessary. Because of the advantage that the P2P technique can exchange data without server, software based on P2P technique have grew up rapidly in recent years, mainly on two categories: instant message and file share.But because P2P's data stream does not pass through server, we cannot supervise and control the P2P data on Internet. The telecom company's long distance telephone income has been affected due to the instant message software provided cheap and convenience voice service, and the file share software has brought the copyright problem. Aiming at the demand of supervising and controlling the P2P use, we selected two P2P softwares which are widely used, by analyzing the protocol they used and considering the firewall technique used on router, we bring forward a technique that fit for supervising and controlling P2P operation on router. The conclusion has its universality.The software design and implement of the protocol which used in shortwave telecommunication system is also discussed in this paper.
