| To study the operating characteristic of gas turbine in the presence of real-time simulation model can provide significant technical means for practical operation, performance analysis and optimization for unit. Based on the advanced STAR-90 simulation system, by the method of engineering modular modeling, and by process of analyzing and integrating the system, the paper proposes the real-time simulation model of heavy-duty gas turbine power unit, which includes modules of axial flow compressor, combustor, axial flow turbine, rotor, mid volume, and so on. The common simulation algorithm is also developed, providing useful condition for establishment and on-line modification of the integral model. Dynamic and static simulation experiments are conducted on the simulation model, which shows the simulation model can correctly reflect the dynamic and static characteristic of heavy-duty gas turbine, and have good stability. The modeling method adopted and simulation model created is correct, and with important practical meaning in engineering. |
