The Research And Application Of Data Maining Methord Based On Feature Matrix

Facing the constantly increasing data, Data Mining has developed quickly. Rough set theory is an effective method of data mining. It is being recognized gradually.First, this paper introduces the basic theories and main method of both Data Mining and Rough sets, The Data Mining system based on rough sets including the following three modules: data preprocessing module, attribute reduction module and rule extraction module.Second, it studies the attribute reduction algorithm based on feature matrix. A new measure of the significance of attributes in decision table is given based on the feature matrix. And put the new method into the attribute reduction algorithm, further; put forward a new attribute reduction algorithm based on feature matrix. Moreover, we set an example to prove its accuracy and its validity. Use the concept of upper and lower approximation in rough set theory to extending the definition of feature matrix and apply it to the approximation reduction in inconsistent decision table. Get the upper or lower approximation reduction.At last, it studies the rule extraction based on feature matrix.
