This paper introduced the development and principle of the infrared detector at first, and compared the photon detector and the thermoelectric detector in the principle of work, the performance and the application aspect. Labored the characteristic parameter and the noise of the pyroelectric detector, had known that the voltage responsibility and the current responsibility is the important parameter of the designs in the detector.This paper introduced the structure of the pyroelectric detector, sum up the unidimensional, two-dimensional, the three-dimensional model analysis which establishing in the pyroelectric detector. Because computation was quite simple and obtained the analytic solution easily in the unidimensional thermal analysis, so it can satisfy the request of the majority design calculation. But the unidimensional thermal analysis has neglected the thermal lateral pervasion, thus we has overestimated the detector response. Two-dimensional, three-dimensional model thermal analysis, has considered the thermal lateral pervasion, but these models and the theory all are establishes to some kind of detector, this paper tried to establish the more complete theoretical model to the many kinds of detectors and derives the more universal responsibility formula. |
