| Shield machine is playing a very important role in the city and transportation construction. The production and optimization of large shield machine depend on good experiment platform. Systematical research on the development methods and application technologies of the supervisory control system for a shield tunneling experiment platform based on DCS is presented in this thesis.The shield tunneling experiment platform is a distributed system in two levels. The lower tier is consisted of shield control system PLC in CC-LINK network and data acquisition system which used DataTaker as data acquisition device for experimental earth box. The two parts of the platform and two computers structure the supervisory control system for shield experiment platform.The concept, functions and characteristics of distributed control system is introduced firstly, with the characteristics and work principle of SCADA configuration software analyzed and the methods and basic principle for DCS software development based on Kingview discussed. The system hardware and software scheme for supervisory control system are well designed to meet the demands of shield tunneling experiment. Then basic principle,design methods,hardware architecture and the communication interface of the data acquisition device for the experimental earth box data acquisition system is presented. The development of the device software drivers for MS-Windows environment is described in detail. Man machine interface and operation management is designed, user manage system and alarm system is completed for complex data recording and analysis of experimental earth box and shield control in operation. In the end, test and evaluation for the supervisory control system application and some improvement suggestion is given. |
