In order to lighten the load of the server and basic demands for transmitting the file inside enterprises, we have chosen the best scheme of realizing it The article firstly analyzes how pass through the firewall, then utilizes a UDP method which transferring audio,and video between private network and public network by Peer-to-Peer transmission. The transmitting content don't need communication server as a bridge. In this way, the server's corresponding ability has been improved sharply, and met enterprise users' request well.Considering the importance of the table of user information, this system establishes the table of user information in the method of the Tries tree which speeds up the operation of inquiring and changing to the table of user information.
