The high speed development of Internet provides convenient and rapid service for people, especially email has been an indispensable part of peoples' life with its fast, low-priced character. However, the popularization of email has already been a double-edged sword; the flood of spam badly disturbed peoples' life as well as email serves us. Now the research on spam is going futher and futher, but it's limited by current Internet environment. At the same time, Chinese spam filtering is still a hot point for scientist.In order to resolve the probloem that the development of network much better. The paper import the technology of the semantic grid. The semantic grid is emerging as one of the hottest branches of grid development, it inherits not only the characteristics of the grid such as high transparency, high efficiency, but also associates with many semantic functions of the semantic web which are used by the grid service.Our research combines semantic grid with spam filtering algorithm together, and brings forward a new research way, that is to provide spam filter a new platform which makes use of the technology of natural language semantic understanding, and get rid of the bondage of the existing network. At present either the semantic grid or the spam filtering is a hot spot problem in respective field, but the integrity of them still is a brand-new problem and now only few people study in this aspect.This thesis analysises semantic grid at first and studys the application problem of spam filtering in semantic grid, with which combines grid with semantic web together. Mostly focus on the research that how to build up a semantic grid platform to apply for the spam filtering based on the natural language semantic understanding and how to judge the practical value measuring of that platform. In addition, it designs in some detail that the application of information service model based on semantic grid and the construction of domain ontology.At last, the test of system performance is conducted preliminarily by making use of OptorSim grid simulator at the platform of Java, some factors which influence the system performance are analyzed and assessed, andsome key problems in the system are discussed too. The experiment adopts different replication strategies and different access patterns to carry out the simulation, adopts with identic replication strategy but diverse scheduling strategies and access patterns to implement simulation again. The paper compares with the two result of the experiment, and finds one kind of the scheduling strategy suitable for the anti-spam semantic grid system. Meanwhile, analyses processing speed of the system, and finds the key factor that affect the processing speed of the system.
