| The level of Power Net Automatic Attempering System (PAAS) became higher as well as usability and performance with the rapid development of national power industry. The PA AS is a integrated application environment for power attempering task which is compatible to SCADA, DMS, and so on. Meanwhile, It is important to publish information on WEB within the PAAS because of convenience to use and maintainance.The WEB releases software is an important part of the PAAS system. The convenience of its conjunction and customer carries of zero maintenance characteristics makes the realization in the MIS net of electric power system solid to charged barbed wire net supervise and control. And it become a better solution.Recently, there were many solutions those have brought information to people and inconvenience to infor-maker. Thus, the platform based on WWW providing information is found, which should archieve two targets as follows. Firstly, it could provide information about power production through Internet or intranet. Secondly, it could make remote managing reality, i.e. remote supervisor through Internet or intranet based TCP/IP.Therefore, the software should comprise 5 subsystems as follows: Server Subsystem, Client Subsystem, Graph Transforming Subsystem, Index Creation Subsystem, and Common Gateway Interface Programs.The system sets out from the angle of convenient customer, contented customer need.The principle which is in the light of function, forerunner, safety lasts a month carry on need analysis, system function and technique to analyze a work. Made sure the system total structure and project later on, and build up system model, and choose appropriate SOCKET correspondence a method according to the system need. In the system design stage, introduced a system technique frame and apply composing of propping up the system, the main structure of the system server and pass main of 2 carry on data surveillance and correspondence work, designing a stage to last for three months. Then carry on function test, performance test and stability test etc. to the software system, and carry on system to synthesize to circulate a test. The system adopts a good safe mechanism, promising a customer data a safety.The related work of the server part was mainly introduced in this paper. For carrying out data surveillance, it need to show background diagram and the data of diagram.(in various ways). This needs a sketch processing part to obtain a related information. The sketch, procedure is all saving in the server node. According to obtain the dissimilarity of the category of information,it needs a different way. The bottom diagram carries to adjust to go into from the server by jpg sketch directly. The description information of sketch carries an establishment a conjunction with server and then carries to put forward a claim toward the Socket service by customer. The Socket service obtain an appointed document from the local disk after receiving the application that the customer carries. The server part sends out the description information to the customer part after the analysis its contents. The server carries an establishment to send out an information piece in fixed time to send out a dynamic state information in order to in the meantime. After the customer termination receives the description information which the server end transmits to preserve the description informationand application dynamic information depositing to the memory. This part directly gains the real-time data from the system, and hasthe good real-time response performance. The data dynamic renewal target is similar to the SCADA system basic. All functions are realized in the first floor. The user does not need to understand the concrete detail, and may reduce the software maintenance work. The server technology realization is not the function replace but is the function expansion. It does not affect the original MISserver function while increases the Web way support.In this paper, the first part descriped as above is provided. It is showed that how to transport the primary information from DB created by MIS or SCADA to certain platform within the Internet or an intranet (It is a Java applet program in this experimental environment). And based on the effort detailed by this paper, one could establish a Windows OS service that could provide information related to power production for a program such as a Java applet in this experimental environment, which follows the necessary interface. So, it is concluded that the research issued by this paper could effectively and realizably promote the PAAS. |
