The Research And Implement Of OA System Based On Workflow

With rapid developments of modern science and technology, wide uses of computers and evolvement of IT industry, a great progress is also made in the filed of OA technology , this technology is more and more widely used by governments, financial institutions and enterprises, help these organizations improve efficiencies and optimize management flow.OA technology is a new kind of working style which is set under the idea of workflow based upon computer network. With the supports of workflow technology, OA system maintains the operation of a company, constitutes a software environment for enterprise business system. The application of working flow technology makes allocating information resources and human resources more reasonable, which could harmonize every step of the whole business flow. Thus the whole business flow will be much more standardized and more easily used and shared.This paper mainly talks about the design of the comprehensive office system of Agriculture Bank of China, which is under the model of Client/Server with a platform of Lotus Notes. The paper analyzes the workflow management system and models, introduces the workflow models and controlling models of Agriculture Bank of China OA system. The application of OA system within Agriculture Bank of China changed the working style of traditional handwork , established a brand-new office model which great improved the working efficiency and effectiveness of Agriculture Bank of China.
