Fieldbus, one of the leading technologies in today's automation area, is characterized as Computer Local Area Network in automation field. LON is a Local Operating Network put forward by Echelon Corporation and offers a powerful means for distributed control system. To support LON,Echelon Corporation develops LonWorks technology, which provides a suit of developing platform for designing LON bus and making it into products.The thesis gives the summarization of the concept, history and background,developed status, characteristic and merit of Fieldbus and forecasts the perspective of Fieldbus. The paper introduces the core technology of LonWorks in detail, including the Neuron chips, firmware of Neuron Chips, the transceiver chips, LonTalk communication protocol, Neuron C language, the common developing tools of LonWorks.Then this chapter mostly designs a general intelligent observation and control Lonworks network node based on host.The 16-bit high performance MSP430F149 microprocessor is adopted as host processor, and TP/FT-10 is used as high performance LonWorks network interface.The communication between MSP430F149 microprocessor and Neuron Chip adopts SCI mode.we apply the already developed general intelligent observation and control node to the automobile engine control system.The paper only takes the engine fuel injection system and nonsupply fuel control system as example; other nodes can only be designed by changing the application according to each idiographic assignment.At last, to facilitate the malfunction of the automobile engine, we adopt the Kingview monitoring software to design the control interface.The communication between LNS DDE Server and the Kingview is set up by DDE protocol. |
