VOIP is very popular in the market for its rapid development, and the SIP protocol's applying to VOIP promoted the VOIP's development further. Domestic VOIP use H.323 mainly, so the SIP protocol application is a piece of blank basically. However, SIP is simple and nimble, so it will lower the investment of VOIP without doubt, and it can use the lowest investment to exchange the huge profit. Pursuantly, a mature reliable SIP stack's researches and develops for applying to VOIP, is containing the huge opportunity without doubt. This article's research is about the SIP stack's design and accomplishment mainly, and this topic is significance for promoting the SIP protocol'mature and advancing the SIP protocol's development in our country.At first, based on the analysis of the overseas mainstream SIP protocol stack lamination model, we analyze the structure,advantages and disadvantages of every model, we also analyze what function should a good agreement stack has, thus designed a new kind of hierarchical protocol stack model. Secondly, we have designed a network model, proposed the protocol stack state machine model .Then we study the implement method of each level thoroughly, then proposed two extremely effective algorithms to resolve some problems the common stack face now, and this has obtained certain breakthrough in certain aspects. Finally, we design a series of work flow. Based on this, we carry on the detailed design and implement on every function of protocol stack, at last, we carry on the detailed test to every work flow, for the problems of implement on SIP protocol's expansion,firewall penetration and so on, also for the performance influence on protocol stack's function, the new algorithm obtained the satisfying result.The lamination general analysis algorithm this article proposed canenhance the efficiency of SIP news'analysis time enormously, reduce the system consumption caused by the analysis, the highly effective reshaping algorithm may alleviate the SIP network service question effectively.
