Design And Implementation Of Vehicle Driver Training Management System

Computer as a necessary tool is comprehensively used in information storage and data processing fields. It increased the efficiency of mankind's operation and management, so it is necessary to build an operation system to manage training work of vehicle drivers.According to the requirements of police department, ministry of communications, vehicle driver training school, transportation department and transportation bureau in province, a management system of vehicle driver training was developed by utilising technique of computer. This system is mainly included: subsystem of transportation bureau, subsystem of transportation department and subsystem of vehicle driver training school. The main functions of system are: managing IC card, managing student documents, managing theory study, managing simulation training and managing training practice. At the same time, it also can automatically generate test tables which depend on the conditions of students'study to meet the requirements of vehicle drivers test under the rules of police department. This system not only can manage student data but also can manage information of vehicle driver training school, information of driver's tutors and the information of vehicles. This system increases the working efficiency thereby making management of vehicle driver training systematically, standardization and rationalization.The management system of vehicle driver training was adopting visual basic to develop interface, SQL server as database and ADO technique to access database from interface. The reasons of choosing visual basic and SQL server as development tools are: The system of Visual Basic has the very strong database management function. Making use of the data controls and the database management window, the database of corresponding format can be built up or handled directly, and provides the strong function to save and index the data.At the same time, the Visual Basic has the ability to edit and visit other exterior databases directly. In addition, the Visual Basic provides the open type database connection.It can use and operate the large network database of backstage by the direct access or build up the connection. SQL Server can be zoomed in order to adapt from the portable calculation to the database of various scale of enterprise application. SQL server as database can make multi-accessing through interface to database, so it saved memory and increased the speed of running program. ADO, the technique to visit database, has the characteristics of using easily, good performance, programming simply, and provides the good interface of data access.It is a preferred method to write the database application.According to the trend of computer development, vehicle driver training and current conditions, this article,based on practice analyze the background and purpose of subject, introduce the research objects and specifically explain the process of design and how to make it reality. This article can be divided into four parts which are: analysis of system requirements, the whole design of system, the specific design of system and the implementation.The part of requirement analysis: it first introduced the working process of vehicle driver training management system. Then it starts to analyze specific requirements of each subsystem. The part of the whole design of system: The whole design process looks for various different projects of carry out the target systems first. The data flow chart that the requirement analysis stage get is a foundation that conceives various project. Usually, after designing a first step of software structure, it still is improved in many ways in order to get the more reasonable structure, to carry on the database design of the necessity, to confirm the test request and draws up the test plan.So,according to the requirement of scenario analysis and working process of vehicle driver training management system, it set up the structure of system and specifically introduced configurations in system.The part of the specific design of system: this article mainly introduced specific design of system module and database. Data processing is the core part of system. Normally, the design, data processing ability of database can occupy 70% system resource, so the database determines the quality of whole system which involved: system update and database maintaining. The design of database in this system mainly analyzes the requirements of user data and builds the logic structure based on SQL server.The part of the implementation is the one among emphasis.A VB application consists of three module:the window module,the standard module and the class module.The part introduced that the author used VB design standard module and algorithm of class module. It also introduced the design of system interface and the application of program code. The standard mold mainly introduced the access of the photograph in the database, the declarings of the Public variables and Global variables in the system, and some declaring of DLL that be writed with the VC etc. The content of the class module mainly include: the management of the database and the data form, configuring the concerned information with the regedit . The part of window module mainly introduces the codes or method of some window interfaces.Finally, the author makes the recommendation of this project. Any person who is interested in this project could do the research which using digital video as core technique and consummating the system with light/electric sensor, computing network and AI technique.The management system of vehicle driver training can be applied in the industry of training vehicle drivers. It was designed after the research of vehicle driver training in practice and was developed to meet the current requirements of industry.
