| Hydraulic system is a synthetic hydromechatronics system with complicated structure, which has the characteristic of electromechanical-hydraulic coupling, time-varying structure, non-linearity etc. Hydraulic equipments are sensitive to pollution and prone to develop various kinds of faults which are difficult to measure and judge. So the paper studies the hydraulics dynamic signal gathering and processing system based on DSP. This system uses TMS320LF2407A as its main processor chip and utilizes the A/D sampling converter attached to TMS320LF2407A to gather pressure, flow and temperature the 3 state parameters of hydraulics. And then the data is sent to LCD displaying and uploaded to PC through serial communication after pretreatment. The further analysis and fault diagnosis are done on the platform of LabVIEW. This paper has realized the requisition of gathering and processing state parameters of hydraulic system.After the overall scheme of data gathering and processing system is made, this paper first designs every hardware components, mainly including the design of combined sensor module, the staking-out work of transducer, the design of DSP minimum system and its periphery expander circuit. The software design of DSP is made with C and Assembler, mainly including the system initialization, A/D acquisition and control, serial communication, LCD display and so on. Second, sample data can be transferred from DSP to PC in long-distance through wireless modem and serial interface. The software design of PC is made with LabVIEW. The program of serial communication control and display can set the serial interface easily and do the operation of data show or storage. The afterward data processing can realize the display of initial data, maximum, minimum and mean value of single signal and has the capability of FFT and Power Spectrum. Finally, the design of hydraulic status monitoring system is proved to be feasibility through experiments. And this system has certain engineering using value in real-time monitoring of hydraulic equipment. |
