Scene Evidence Information System Based On Web Services And Mobile Technology

With the "Golden Shield Project" in the official launch China's public security departments entered the high-speed and comprehensive information technology development. In view of the current system of public security officers scene evidence collection and case management follow-up evidence of rising costs, low efficiency, difficult management problems, give a new solution designed to achieve a level of clarity and structural integrity Police scene evidence system function better. The system will make use of smart mobile phones for scene evidence collection. Send evidence through a wireless network back to the central data server for centralized management, The terminals provide users with PC-based data management interface, reducing the need for on-site evidence of equipment and data management costs, and enhancing efficiency and management standards of the police officers.This paper is divided into the main parts:(1) System Architecture scene from the perspective of the police evidence system design by using MVC design pattern. System level will be classified in the overall framework of the functions will be divided into three parts: server systems, smartphones client and PC client. EJB server technology will be used in the business logic for evidence packaging, and published as Web Services; smart cell phones based on J2ME platform in the development of the image scene evidence, voice, video capture functional application, and linked to servers using GPRS for uploading files; PC browser by the end of the specific data management functions.(2) Web documents which evidence for the transmission of data, in case the scene smartphones achieve collecting evidence, focus on technologies related to data transmission comparison.(3) Police officers may need more time to get the video evidence.
