By the gradual development of the media market in China. The environment of running a media company has changed a lot. Under the new policy and the competitive environment, the TV media adjust their countermeasure comprehensively. Then the TV advertisement changed from a low sales high cost period into a period of high sales low cost.The TV advertisement has it's own characteristics:media with the most audience, media with linearity and inburst, time-dependent production, three-sell production, .Therefore, TV advertisement belongs to an extensive domain.Running the TV advertisement successfully or not is a crucial point of TV media's survival. We need a good strategy to run the business, because of the fast changing media market. Advertisement sales have tried their best to infiltrate into every aspect of TV advertisement business.There will be new circumstances when we running the TV advertisement in the new time .Now, the TV media in China is under a reform period of changing into a conglomerate business. Making and broadcasting the advertisement are two separate parts, which has become a new focus. The competition of TV media companies from the center of China to the local area of China become more and more competitive. The start of digital TV has become a challenge to traditional TV business. Correspond to this status,people working for TV must change their thinking,face the market with active attitude and proper step.The TV media in China still have some problems about environment, system changes and strategy. Though analyzing china and other countries' TV media advertisement sale strategies, we can do some research to the sale methods of the modern TV media. For example how to change systems,such as unite and fractionize as well as HR, studying more about the need of advertising in the market. Which it's best strategy of putting them in the market. Using a sales strategy from 4p to 4c. Creating a good customer service, trying our best to become a famous brand company.
