| To explore the Parameter Identifying System for fabric contexture is a new research project that the textile industry research faces. The project focuses the issue that one shooting cannot easily reflect the fabric contexture model within one yarn cycle under high microscopic enlargement times, which takes place in the process of identifying fabric contexture model. The fabric image jointing mainly discussed in this thesis is one of the key technologies of it. Responding to the issue that we cannot obtain the image of the observed objects under high microscopic enlargement times, this paper raises a method of conducting a seamless mosaic on a number of partial fabric images under the circumstance of micro-videoing.First of all, the concept of fabric contexture model, the parameter identifying technology, as well as the current status of the application of various image contexture technologies are briefly introduced. Then, the hardware design and software structure of this system, along with the pre-treatment methods of digital pictures are illustrated in details.Secondly, associating with the flow chart of mosaic contexture, this thesis focuses on the key technologies applied in the process of mosaic contexture, such as image registration, image integration and the automatic contexture of a multitude of partial images. Responding to image registration, the thesis offers a mosaic calculation method by analyzing the current registration method and the characteristics of fabric images: first to distill the fabric yarn cycle, then to choose registration template dynamically; aiming at image integration, the thesis raises such methods as signal delay,stretching methods easement and gap elimination by analyzing the causes the gap arises from. In addition, in response to the multitude of partial image mosaic, the thesis introduces a kind of speedy method for it so that a multitude of partial images can be continuously jointed automatically. In the meantime, the thesis does a primary study on how to identify the density of fabric yarn. .Last but not least, the specific realization of the image jointing in the identifying system of fabric contexture model lays a solid foundation for the practice of the system, which efficiently promotes the degree of the intelligence and automation in the checking-up process of textile industrial fabric products.This system has developed its model machine, and the image jointing calculating method offered in the thesis has proved to be quite effective by experiments. |
