To make an analysis of the system feature of the intellectualized sorting system, it is proposed to the method of system modeling employing the fuzzy control theory. Then the fuzzy logic control based on PLC is designed.PLC is used to control the system, the control framework of five exits sorting system is set up and Omron's PLC software CX-P is used to design PLC trapezoid table. Finally, the software and hardware of the fuzzy logic control is designed in the sorting system.The sorting system based on EPC technique is proposed.
