Study On Blue Tooth Short Distance Call Technology Based On Smartphone For SymbianOS

The continual progress of microelectronical technology have promoted the dissemination and rapid development of computers and communications equipment greatlly.Under usual situation, however ,data transfer of devices by cable have limited the flexibility in use. The appearance and development of bluetooth have promoted and extended the application areas of wireless communications, and have made verious kinds of data and language devices can communicate each other by quite smart mode.at the same time,it has realized the speedy and flexible data transfer and voice communication in individual area.The research of this paper mainly have been begone from Bluetooth module which can support short distance communication, Bluetooth module can transfer voice signal by duplex mode, so we can design call mode of both sides, which mainly adopted Symbian Operation System S60 Smartphone developing platform. this paper mainly have discussed and solved the following several aspect of problems:(1) Have analyzed the principle of bluetooth technology and the correlative technology of S60(SDK) developing application software,and have introduced the research objectives and the main contents of this paper. On this basis,have introduced the systematic stack of bluetooth protocol and every storey protocol in the bluetooth protocol in detail.(2) Have researched the characteristics of SymbianOS client-server framework in detail,and have analyzed the relations between server and thread and the relations between API of client class and server class. The client-server framework is the base which is used in system integrality,in the framework,server generally delegrate several client ports and dispose system resource. Server and server's client run on verious threads.(3) Have made use of VC++ and JINOU bluetooth developing platform emulation realizing the Bluetooth voice transfer with embedded double processors model. JINOU Bluetooth developing platform and Windows2000 (XP) communicated with each other through RS232.Encapsulated every storey protocol under bluetooth OBEX storey in bluetooth developing platform, realized various kinds of voice transfer functions that are defined in the OBEX protocol with VC++ in Windows2000(XP).(4) Based on emulation of Bluetooth voice tansfer, bluetooth short distance call is...
