Firstly, based on the research object of WinAC Basis, a product of Siemens softPLC, this paper mainly describes its architecture, operating principle and the method of application in industrial control. And we emphatically analyze the system architecture of softPLC on the editing system & the running system using the software engineering theory, UML (Unified Model Language), which provides a basis for understanding the characteristic & the working process of softPLC, lays a foundation for the further development of softPLC.Secondly, based on practical engineering project and correlative control technology requirements, this article introduces the development of softPLC control system in coking production process.The project concerned in this thesis comes from coking control program of Shandong Yankuang international coking limited company and includes coal preparation & automatic coal falling control system. This control system, adopting based-on PC softPLC control scheme, uses a kind of control structure which is integration of PC, Field bus and Remote distributed I/O. With the help of a development platform, the based-on PC WinAC Basis controller, this paper emphatically & detailedly discusses the determination of the scheme, hardware integration, configuration of softPLC control system, software development of user program of the low computer softPLC & monitoring interface of the high computer in Siemens software STEP7 & WinCC6.0.Finally, we make a detailed summary on the scene debugging process and all the paper. Debugging results shows that the system comes to an expectant control requirement and runs well. The achievement of this project, to some extent, will establish a foundation for popularizing a control system of softPLC based-on PC, and offer some references for designing similar engineering projects in the future. |
