Design Of A Video Steganalysis System

With the development of digital multimedia technology and internet techniques, the information security has been more and more necessary. Information hiding is one of the significant and effective methods to protect the multimedia information security. Video imformation hiding has emerged to be an active and flourishing research topic in the field of informatioin security recently. As the contrary, video steganalysis plays an important role. According to the characteristics of video imformation hiding based on MPEG-1/2 standards, a video steganalysis system is designed.Firstly, the elementary concepts and the research status of information hiding are summarized in this thesis, then the charactertistics, classification and main applications of the video information hiding technique are introduced in particular. Sencondly, in conformity to the typical applications of video information hiding and MPEG video compression standards, the characters and elementary solutions of video steganalysis are expatiated. Finally, A video steganalysis system is designed in this thesis. This system is divided into 4 modules: system code stream analyzing, DCT coefficients analyzing, VLC code analyzing and MV analyzing. Video target files are analyzed from system layer to local layer to detect video hiding imformation.
