| Xuzhou Engineering Group, Southeast University, and Tsinghua University have taken charge of the project of"Intelligentized Engineering Machine Group Engineering based on PLM", of which is Nation 863 High Tech Plan (2003AA430010). Based on this background, the Monitor System discribed in this dissertation is designed for wheel LHD-Loader by the aid of modern technology of electronics and computer science. The main functions of this monitor system are inspecting and measuring parameters of the Loader, manipulating its main devices, detecting and handling exceptions and implementing diversified communication such as CAN, GSM and etc.The core of the monitor system is the main control system which uses Intel 80C196KB as the core microprocessor.Firstly, considering the functional characteristic of the LHD-Loader, analysis of function request of the monitor system is drawn in this dissertation. Then the system is divided into 5 parts including dominical control module, user interface module, data acquisition module, export driver module and data communication module, 4 of which are designed and implemented in detail except export driver module.Finishing the hardware system design, the software system is designed and realized by means of two ways of design pattern and its detail is demonstrated.After analyzing the demand of PC software system, all kinds of user interfaces of the upper system are implemented by means of VC++ IDE and RS-232 communication protocol.Finally, with the basis of system debug and experiment, the pinch point"Technology of storage-enlarging and data-processing"is analyzed in detail and the solution is made in the result.And the advice of the improvement of the monitor system is given, with the consideration of development tendency of modern electronic information technology. |
