Software Design Of The Central Controller Of The Inkjet Plotter Based On The Embedded Linux

This thesis is to realize the main function of the central controller of the wide format color ink-jet plotter based on the embedded Linux, including these content: analyze the real-time performance of Linux, point out the factors affecting the real-time performance of Linux, put forward the scheme to improve the real-time performance of Linux; reduce the Linux kernel to construct an embedded Linux real-time operating system; lucubrate the system structure and work principle of the central controller of the color ink-jet graph plotter, realize the function of each segments: use the network communication between the upper machine and the central controller to transmit the raw print data, decode the graph control information and the four color data, recompose the four color data, use the COM communication to send the control command to the CPC(movement control unit), send the recomposed print data to the PE(driver control circuit) through the PCI standard interface card, to realize this function, it is necessary to understand the design method of PCI driver in Linux, understand the system structure and work principle of PCI9054, programme the driver of PCI9054,realize the data's high speed transmission.
