| Automatic control of boiler-turbine systems is the basic requirement of a modern power plant, and an important index of its technology and modernization. The research of the control strategies for boiler-turbine systems is meaningful in the view of both theory and practice. In this paper, the degree of coupling and the degree of nonlinearity of a typical boiler-turbine model are analyzed; and the decentralized control structure and the sliding pressure curve of the linear working range are determined accordingly. Then a decentralized controller is designed and its robustness and performance are analyzed by simulation. The results show that under the control of the linear decentralized controller the coupling of the closed-loop system is small and wide-range load tracking performance can be achieved in the chosen sliding pressure curve. |
