China Construction Bank has been facing tremendous competition to numerous domestic and foreign bank since it went on the market successfuly. In order to attract more customers we should continuously improve our employee's professional quality and develop new products, so it is necessary to take plenty of examinations about bank business in this period. Because enterprise of CCB already has interior special network, the professional knowledge examination basically selects the on-line mode, But with the network examination effectiveness for a period of time and network resources monopolizing, the network current flow and server burden will be aggravated. Under the present situation, we wish new examination mode that server and network burden little and fitting for bank characteristics more than before. According to the engineering background,we have designed the bank professional knowledge examination system. Now group volume technique is important, but intelligent group volume technique is only limited by two value logic, can't concrete on boss and employee's humanities factors so as to come into being examination and appraisal's error. Applying fuzzy algorithm and gray system theory can make intelligent group volume more effective and reasonable.According to CCB's examination environment characteristic, the goal of the system have be realized in the thesis. The B/S three patterns structures have be established through we analyze current Web-exam mode, ASP has be taken as the technology that the system's WEB application procedure, SQL Server has be taken as the database management system. According to CCB's examination characteristic and exam's flow, system structure and function module be have designed in the thesis. As normative theory of database design, the good relational data mode have be designed. The design that the off-line examination process and automatic grade process have be completed.The intelligent group volume algorithm about the fuzzy theory and gray systems theory have be realized innovatively. The off-line examination, the automatic grade, the database connection, the database dynamic disposition, the broken-line's recover function module and so on have be realized in the thesis. The system's performance also have be analyzed in practical environment, This system have also be carried on the summary in the thesis.
