Checking the brake-performance of automobile is one of the important item.At present, there are two kind of automobile testing equipments installed onto automobile testing line in homeland. One is reverse-force braking equipment, Another is flat-braking equipment, but these two equipments hold some limitations when they are used to test automobile installed ABS system.This paper set up the force-mathematic model and then analysis the force-mathematic model in theory. This paper discussed that the automobile-tesing equipments should possess function, and bring upped the total thought of the system hardware software design , and introduced the system construction and work principle. On these grounds, This paper realizes the equipments' s whole control hardware and software based on AT91RM9200. The software system primarily completed the transplantation ofμC/OS-II on the AT91RM9200 and embed real-time database, main control-method and network the LwIP negotiate.According experiment, this control the system can completely attain to test the accuracy and real-time requirements. And this equipments can be used as one of some testing-equipments on test-line.This equipment completely realizes gathering the function of testing the brake-performance and environmental protection-performance and driving-performance of automobile, which save the cost of test-line. |
