If hacker technology is the brutal behalf of internet, Blog technology is the idea of reconstructed new order. Construction in structure, cooperation in discrete, open in study etc. have been the way that Blog cares for the world. The advent and rapid development of the library Blog must have affected our library services including service concept, service means, service content and service ways.Blog is a new way for information exchange which plays the role of an information filtering intermediary on the Internet. Digital reference library services in the network environment is that librarian using scientific information collection, organization method timely provided clues advisory services of information or advice according to the issues raised by the librarian users. Digital Reference Service is the pursuit of a deep-seated Modern Library information services, and communication with each readers is the foundation for completing this work. In the internet era, how to establish a rapid and effective communication with our readers,how to maintain the exchange interaction and effectiveness and the greatest possible reduction in the cost of exchanges, expanding exchanges in the radius have been the primary problem of Digital Reference Service.
