Research On Build And Application For Network-based Social-security Audit Model Base

Social Security relates to the fundamental interests of the broad masses of people. It also relates to a well-coordinated and healthy economic development and social stability. The social security business has the characteristic of basic policy constraints, local policy constraints, policy changes frequently and stringent requirements for accuracy. Compared with the audit in other field, the social security audit needs higher requirements. Faced with the complex social security business, auditors have different audit methods. Manage these audit methodologies and how to share these various methods has become a problem to be solved for audit organs.Model Base from theoretical research to application has a rapid development. Model Base theory is applied to the social security business audit methodologies management and sharing is a good way to solve this problem. With the analysis of the social security business, author uses the encapsulation idea of object-oriented to compose the model object with formulas, law and audit-data. This thesis detailedly introduces how models stored in computer, describes the technology about parameter-transfer of composite models and explicates the right problem about model base. Finally, the thesis detail the use result of the Network-based Social-security Audit Model Base(N-SAMB) in actual, the prospects and problems that need urgent solve about the N-SAMB.
