With the development of computer technologies, the application of computers covering more and more fields and networks being put into use widely, it leads to the fact that the distribution-supposed application has been the basic character of software system structure .Meanwhile, software-product-developing model and process with high reliability and efficiency become the hot topic of research, and some great progresses have been achieved. The multi-engine-cooperative-system, which uses the technologies of middleware and component construction, could both speed up the development of application-system notably and improve the quality greatly. In the multi-engine-cooperative-system, the dispatch engine is deployed in collection, while every operation service engine is permitted to employ in different systems, therefore, in multi-engine-cooperative-system, between dispatch engine and every operation service engine, how to communicate, how to interchange the data, and how to deliver the control information from every operation service engine become the sticking point in multi- engine-cooperative-system.This thesis includes the research and realization on Distributed Information Bus, which solves the problems mentioned above very well. As the implementation of multi-engine-cooperative system, this Distributed Information Bus provides a distributed information bus provide a new information deliver mechanism for multi-engine cooperation platform in the form of information alignment, which converts the loose coupling of distributed deployment service engine to the tight coupling of dispatch engines so as to support the application data integration of trans-system,trans-boundary in Wide Area Information Server. After the analysis of relevant technology, based on the mechanism of information bus, this thesis firstly presents technological architecture and plan formed by both adaptation layer and cooperation bus layer; then according to the Berth Management Policy, analyses the principium of cooperation bus layer; and provides finally the implementation of this Distributed Information Bus.
