Currently, advanced synthetic building, store, hotel or producing department are using or demand to use advanced system of building management, but the management systems early developed have much defects, for example,they can't provide the 3D effect of the building's inner structure; The more sum of 3D objects the more complex management become. This thesis studies the synthetic management technology of the 2D information and 3D information. With the former 2D information management system, we give a way of 3D visual management of the building information, which improve overall efficiency of building management and get our target of intelligent management. Thererfore, it's very useful.The contents of this thesis are as follow: Firstly, introduce the relative technology of modeling, interacting with the model objects, accessing to the database. Secondly, introduce the design and realization of the visual scene particularly: Discuss the tools and the way of the modeling; Expound the way of scene partition and scene link which related to the virtual roaming particularly; Optimize the VRML file and the speed of the roaming. Thirdly, study on the management technology of the scene information: Design the sort and storage mode of the model data; Establish the relationship of the 2D and 3D information and give more general information to the user; Implement the function of updating the VRML objects in the scene and according to the defects of the usual method to save the VRML scene, bring forward a new method to save the updating of the model objects. The thesis expounds the implement and the advantage of the method. Fourthly, practice the key technology in this paper through a "Visual management of hotel scene system". Implements the synthetic management and scheduling of the scene and provides the user a convenient and visual management platform. The system runs well on the PC and the management interface is friendly. The practice indicates that the technology in this thesis is feasible. At last, for the further study on the thesis, summarize the present work and prospect the later work.
