The Development Of X-Ray Digital Imaging System Based On EMCCD Detector

EMCCD detector can get high quality image on the condition of low light. It can enhance imaging speed and obtain high clear image that EMCCD detector can been used in X-Ray digital imaging system. This technology has been in the primary stage recently in our country.In this text, I have introduced the X-Ray digital imaging system based on EMCCD detector in detail, including system composing and the work principle. In addition, the work principle and configuration of EMCCD and the model TC285SPD of EMCCD have been research deeply. We also research the related characteristics about the imaging block based on EMCCD detector and finish the software of collecting image and image processing suited with EMCCD detector. In image processing aspect, we work over some processing image methods, such as zoom, edge inspect and getting rid of noise. Meanwhile, we compile related program. For sake of the requiring of radio inspecting, we design and develop image long distance transmission technology on the basis of Andor company digital cameral. We design particular project and interface circuit in order to getting the requiring of real time imaging and long distance transmission. On the help of task group, we have finished a suit of radio imaging system based on single scintilla and EMCCD detector. Image processing and radio imaging system will been more researched.
