ESP is a main gas cleaning equipment. With the development of industrial auto control, it is necessary to realize the integrated management and control of ESP.On the basis of reference of same kind system inland and abroad, this paper describes the integrated management of a ESP and its control system with the object-oriented technology for the concrete HV and LV control equipment of ESP. The whole system realizes the data sampling and parameter design function, complete data record and management function, closed-loop control and energy management, multi-network interface of Master controller to sub-controller.This paper introduces the research history and current situation of the management and control of ESP with the research goal and content of the management and control system of concrete sub-controller. It also describes the basic principle and devices, application and technology development of ESP, combining the computer control theory, indicating that it is necessary to develop a set of EPMCS based on computer control.The 3rd chapter mentions the ESP management and control system, using master controller to realize integrated management monitoring while sub-controller realize decentralized control, thus confirm the function and goal of the whole system.The 4th chapter demonstrates the structure and composition of system hardware , design and sizing of the network communication equipment and master controller and sub-controller.The 5th chapter confirm using Client/Server to develop the system software. Using the object-oriented technology to design the ESP and so on, divide them into control object, control equipment, executed device, confirm their logic relation. The communication between master controller and sub-controller is made according to the need of the design of communication object, data management object and so on; Figures, trend and specially designed design control of ESP are used to design the picture and man machine interface.On the basic closed-loop control system of ESP, the 6th proposes a simple but practical method to realize closed-loop control, which can save energy in the prerequisite of good de-dusting efficiency. The 7th chapter methods two communication interface on the basic of MODBUS agreement and OPC standard, which realize the data communication function of EPMCS system and other system.In the end of this paper, we make a simple conclusion on the research and design process, and make initial prediction on the application of this system and the future development.
