But beside the Absolute,the"News Value"has its Relativity, which means it changes with the development of society, according to the specific happening and press.With the macroscopically view, the essentials of the"News Value"stand out in the different periods. Today, the outstanding of entertainment all over the world, which gives birth to one fresh word"infotaiment", proves the eminence of the Character of Interest.The"News Value"is relative to different kinds of press. As the same Quality Newspaper, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal select the"News Value"differently.
