Elevator Remote Monitoring System Based On TCP/IP Protocol

The elevator is most commonly used in the modern high construction as vertical transport means, and widely used in social activity. How to guarantee each elevator move reliably has become the advancement key of the estate management level and elevator technology. The elevator movement quality is decided by the monitor system function, but the monitor system quality is decided by the software. The remote monitoring is very important for the elevator safe operation and the breakdown service. It decreases the maintaining and service personnel. Furthermore, it can find out faults in time, shorten the waiting time because of faults, and make the automatic management and the increasing of service quantity come true. The elevator long-distance monitor system designed in this paper, which can through the local area network from the plot center monitor all elevator running status, prompt effective response each kind of equipment failure in the plot. At the same time, the elevator performance data and other service related information were provided.In this paper, using the networking and the software technology, unified with the embedded system, the elevator remote monitoring system skeleton based on TCP/IP protocol was proposed. This system is consisted of data collection module and elevator remote monitoring center system. The data collection end completes the elevator information gathering and processing; the center system gain elevator condition information through communication with the embedded terminal, do with the information data and event.Through analysis characteristic and structure of DSP chip TMS320LF2407A and RTL8019AS, elevator controller network access module is designed. The interface circuit is designed, program of RTL8019AS is accomplished, and data transmission format between data collection module and elevator remote monitoring center system is made. Program of RTL8019AS is accomplished by C language.In view of request of embedded system entering Internet, the embedded TCP/IP protocol stack design and realization were introduced in this article. Operating principle of protocol and encapsulation of data frames is described.In the paper the elevator monitor system client side software system design and realization was depicted. The client side software system was modularized and thinned accomplished monitor program by Delphi language. The management function including elevator condition demonstration, the breakdown diagnosis, the elevator basic document, the personnel manages, movement maintenance, and system disposition was realization.Finally, summary of system structure and performance is made; the improvement perfect proposal is putted forward.
