Design And Implementation Of Electrical Emulation System In Machine Tool Simulator

Based on hardware platform of original servo simulator, this paper uses Windows CE development platform to design machine tool simulator.Machine tool simulator softwate integrates servo simulator software, machine tool electrical emulation software and I/O testing together.The first two parts are the introduction of NC Machine tool, NC system and Servo simulator.Third,"Gross design of Machine tool simulator". In this part, the auther proposes target and thinking way of gross design.Fourth,"Design and Implementatin of Servo simulator software based on Windows CE". The chapter chiefly introduces design and implementation of servo simulator. Fifth,"Design and Implementation of Electrical Emulation System In Machine tool Simulator". This part introduces concrete designing and implementing process of electrical emulation system in machine tool simulator. And the paper proposes a new method of using Petri net to build the model, and designs electrical emulation system to simulate machine tool electrical system.Sixth,"Results and Anylasis of Experimentation". This part gives detailed analasis on experimental results of machine tool emulation system, and brings gross experimental results of machine simulator software.This subject is the sub-subject of"Open and Intelligent NC Systematic Platform and Property", which is the knowledge innovation project of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Its research has been flung into production.
