Research And Implement Of Mobile Business Operation Support System By EAI Technology

In recent years, most of the telecommunication enterprises abroad adopt centralized pattern in their customers'management so as to be highly competitive in the market. The application of the technology help reduce the cost of the business operation for telecommunication enterprises and make the enterprises a unified information sharing community, as a result, we can realize an end-to-end and customer-oriented service system. While it can hardly be introduced into Chinese market because of our situation. On the one hand, the service departments of our telecommunication enterprises are not concentrated in distribution which makes centralized processing of business data and other material of all service departments impossible. Thus separate processing causes high cost and low efficiency. On the other hand, centralized processing is challenged by varied software and hardware conditions in service departments in China. Based on the situation, the paper proposes the EAI technology construction BOSS system and the system has been applied in the customers'management in Hunan Telecommunication Enterprise. The paper can be divided into three parts:In the first part, the paper analyzes the situation home and abroad about the informationalization of correspondence enterprises and the application of integration technology. And it also explains the problems exist in domestic telecommunication enterprise in their construction of informationalzation. It proposes that EAI technology can simplify the process of customers'management and it facilitates the centralized operation of business data and other materials in service departments and thus improves the efficiency.Second, the paper gives the current situations in the application of integration technology. It includes: the application of key technologies of integration in enterprises; the adoption of the lamination model and the technology and method of the model; the application-oriented EAI technology which brings cost reduction, the strong information flow on main lines, the smooth operation of enterprises'core business, real-time error detection and management as well as control over abnormal operation. Through the application of these technologies, the enterprises gain an all-round (or end-to-end) pattern of business operation and can quickly adapt themselves to changeable market.Third, In view of the situation in Hunan mobile service strut system, the paper proposes the EAI integration technology: its overall framework, method and process, and gives detailed information about its operation. And later the paper proves its feasibility. Through the application of EAI integration, Hunan Telecommunication Enterprise unifies its business system and realizes the sharing of data among varied departments. The application of the technology solves the " information isolated island" phenomenon.
