The Design And Development Of Voice Message Terminal Equipment Of Voice Mail-box Information Processing System

In the process of the PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network)developing to the Next Generation Network, the PSTN must be intelligentized. This paper aims at the shortcomings of the actual Voice Mailbox service, such as the registers are not initiative, out of time and the operation is fussy, designs and implements the Voice Message Terminal Equipment used in the Intelligent Voice Mailbox Information Processing System.( 1) This paper dissertates the scheme of the Voice Mailbox Information Processing System, takes the scheme of the hardware, software design and the workflow of the Voice Message Center.( 2) It implements the circuits of the Intelligent Voice Message Terminal Equipment based on the hardware scheme, the core of this equipment is the EM78806A singlechip, gives the schematic circuit diagram, makes the PCB and analyses the circuits, moreover implements the software of the EM78806A singlechip.(3)The Intelligent Voice Message Terminal Equipment implements the function of communication and autocontrol between telephones and the Voice Message Centre through the PSTN.(4)The Voice Message Centre implements the functions of receiveing the voice messages, records them, registers the imformation of them, sends the imformation to the Intelligent Voice Message Terminal Equipment and plays the voice messages.The system satisfies the potential demand of the market of the Voice Value Added Service, improves the terminal equipment of the PSTN, ameliorates the call loss of the PSTN and increases the telecom operators.
