The Research On The Business Support Solutions Of The Business Navigation Products

The Business navigation system was an information service system by Guangxi Telecom for SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises). It is an integrated value added telecom information service system which rely on brands,products,services,network,channels and resource of customers to integrate numerous software and hardware products of Information Techonology,value added services including Telecom access ,internet,voice and SMS. This system is an independent information service platform. This abstract discuss the issue about this system how to integrate common business support system and some solutions to them.This paper first introduces structure and fundamental funtion of the system, then explain the relationship between it and the Business Support System, and finally expound the position of this system product in the catalogue of Guangxi Telecom and some basic business service procedures of it. In the purpose of understanding technology issues related to this paper,the paper also briefly introduce some key technology related to the integration solutions,such as database technology,computer network and Webservices.On the basis of that, the paper emphatically discuss related technology inplementation of business acceptance interfaces, construction interfaces and charging interfaces, and some specific format of SOAP message ,and explain flow charts of some business procedures. After the integration solutions implemented in actual production ,the system not only solve the problem of data of customers unintegration between two systems, but also realize unified planning management of products, overall procedure processing of peer to peer, be able to intergrate all products of Chian Telecom ,binding sale and unified charging, provide strong support to the pluralistic business development of China Telecom.
