The customer and content of telecom service is changing and the depth and scope is expanding with the environment. Some responsible person of information industry department has mentioned that universal service is very important in the layout of "eleven-five" plan. The accessing way of "FTTx plus LAN" should be used for some new developing region, new slap-up building, business building, office building and group customer. The new telecom operator such as North telecom should use wireless accessing technology based on 3.5 G and 2.6G which has no accessing resource and want to develop customer. The telecom operators use PHS and SCDMA to develop customer in order to compete with mobile operator. The accessing market is the competition and existing of old and new technology, several transmitting mechanism and different application services.So, the article is focus on application of technology for telecom universal service in county. It will compare the existing technology, analyze the corresponding factors related to technology, aim on the background and environment of county communication by Zhejiang Telecom and analyze the mature of technology, the flexibility of user requirement, the cost of constructing network and the usage of existing network resource. |
