| With the deeper reforms of China telecommunication industry and globalization of telecommunication competition, the existing Business Support System cannot keep up with the trend of customer-orientation and the change of competition environment in telecommunication industry. Under such conditions, to rebuild the existed business support system is an inevitable demand in order to improve corporate core-competence, to turn product-orientation to customer-orientation, and to promote enterprise profitability.For the next generation telecom Business Support System, Telecom Management Form (TMF) has put forward eTOM model, which is around the center of customer. The eTOM model covering all areas of telecom business process of information and service provider, and gradually becomes the criterion of telecom operation business process.Through analyzing the outer competitive environment and estimating the existed inner Business Support System, this research provides the plan of system function design in detail, the introduction of the operation flow and the performance demand of the system management to restructure the existed Business Support System, which can meet the requirement of outer environment and optimize the inner management.The thesis accumulates experiences on researching and developing Business Support System from the actual Telecommunication Company Business Support System projects. Above all, mainly discussed the specialties of framework, technology realization, system design idea, software architecture of next generation system, and shows the foreground of operating next generation system, exploiting business and enterprise management of telecom enterprise. |
