The Design And Key Technologies Research Of Evaluating System For State Taxation Stuffs' Achievement Based On Struts-frame

In nowadays computer networks have been applied in many aspects in taxation system. In the taxation department, in order to manage the stuffs perfectly and promote the efficiency of administration entirely, we must examine every cadre annually of their work in many sides. So how to use the hierarchical networks to evaluate the work of cadres is a worthy problem to be researched.We have designed an evaluating system for state taxation stuffs'achievement. The system has applied method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the weighs of achievement and 360 degree feedback to collect the information for evaluating the achievement. We use as empoldering flat and JSP technology for constructing the interface and accessing the Web servers. In this system, the middle layer application server storage is implemented by EJB operation-logic, the bottom layer applied the ORACLE817 as server.At the beginning of paper we introduce the present researching status of international and domestic. In the following, we use method of analytic hierarchy process to ensure the guideline and model, introducing many sides of the system. From theoretics and technologies, we illustrate the feasibility for applying the Struts-frame the method. At last we use an example to illustrate the control components and EJB components etc, analyzing the E-R graph of the system and utilizing E-R Win as a method and researching such connecting pool, data source etc, as the key technologies.
