In recent years, the safety monitoring system based on digital technology iswidely applied in production and our daily life. With the rapid technical developmentof computer's capacity, network and image processing, the intelligent safetysupervision system (ISSS) has become a new trend. In a modern intelligent safetysupervision system, moving object tracking is a key technique. Today, moving objecttracking is an important subject in the areas of pattern recognition, image processing,computer vision and weapon guidance. The object tracking combines together varioustechniques such as image processing, automatic control and information science andforms a kind of technology which can track the moving object automatically and inreal time. It is of much significance in the fields of military, industry, intelligenttraffic, medicine and other scientific research areas. Intelligent control system cansignificantly reduce staff labor intensity, improve working efficiency, and greatlyenhance the performance of supervision monitoring system, hence has a wideapplication prospects.This paper presents the design of a fairly intelligent hangar safety supervisionsystem. Based on the existing real-time network control and network previewfunctions, the new hangar safety supervision system uses image processingtechnologies, such as object recognition and motion detection, and realizes thealgorithm of anti-collision requirements. Firstly, we use color image segmentation toposition the first airplane in the depot; secondly, by studying the four major fields (thedetection and segmentation of moving object, feature extraction, object descriptionand object tracking) to detect and track the second moving airplane.As to the software realization, we use C/C++ language to implement thealgorithm. Multithreading technology is used and the memory storage management isoptimized to make sure the system become more stable. |
